Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons champagne or sparkling juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
  • Crushed nuts pecans, almonds, or pistachios
  • White chocolate shavings
  • Edible glitter or gold dust

Method
 

  1. Prepare pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly butter edges so fudge comes out easily.
  2. Melt chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat on low, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Add flavor: Remove from heat. Stir in champagne, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Pour and smooth: Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
