Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. For a crinkle effect, roll balls in powdered sugar.
Bake: Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
