Ingredients

For the Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats or graham crackers for a sweeter base
  • 1 cup almond flour or all-purpose flour
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
For the Yogurt Frosting:
  • 1 ½ cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Fruit Toppings (pick your favorites):
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Watermelon slices
  • Pomegranate seeds

Method

Make the Crust:
  1. Mix oats, almond flour, honey, coconut oil, and a pinch of salt until it comes together like dough. Press into a round pizza pan or baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
Prepare the Yogurt Frosting:
  1. Stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Keep chilled.
Assemble the Pizza:
  1. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Add the Fruit:
  1. Arrange sliced fruit on top. You can do rings, spirals, or even a rainbow pattern.
Chill and Serve:
  1. Place the pizza in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Slice into wedges and serve cold.

Notes

  • For a nut-free option, replace almond flour with oat flour.
  • Pat fruit dry before adding it to keep the crust from getting soggy.
  • Best served the same day for freshness, but leftovers keep 1–2 days in the fridge.
