  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined. Stir in a pinch of salt for added flavor.
  2. Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts and mixed berries evenly over the yogurt. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate if desired.
  4. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet and break it into pieces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture. Make it vegan by using dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. Customize it! Swap in your favorite nuts, seeds, or dried fruit for added variety.
