Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prep the Berries: Wash the berries. Slice the strawberries if using.
  • Start Layering: In a glass or bowl, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt as the base.
  • Add the Berries & Granola: Add a layer of mixed berries, followed by a sprinkle of granola.
  • Repeat: Keep layering yogurt, berries, and granola until you reach the top of the glass.
  • Add Sweetness (Optional): Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer if you like extra sweetness.
  • Garnish & Serve: Finish with a fresh mint leaf for a pop of color and extra freshness. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before eating.

Notes

  • Use any yogurt you like—Greek yogurt adds protein, but regular yogurt works too.
  • Try different fruits like mango, peaches, or blackberries for variety.
  • Store the parfait in the fridge for up to an hour before serving, but don’t let it sit too long, or the granola will lose its crunch!
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
